During the fall and spring semesters, the course evaluation survey is made available for two weeks before classes end. During the summer semesters, the system is open for ten days before classes end. Course evaluation surveys are made available for courses designated as “survey-eligible” by academic units (excluding courses such as theses, projects, and directed research) and for undergraduate courses with five or more enrolled students. For graduate-level courses, the number of enrolled students is not taken into account when making the survey available.

Students receive notifications via the email addresses registered in the ÖBİKAS system informing them that the survey is available. If they have not completed the survey for their enrolled courses during the survey period, they will receive reminder messages.

Students can access the survey by logging in through ÖBİKAS. After logging into the Course Evaluation System, students can select the desired course from the list, complete the survey for that course, and submit it to the system. It is not mandatory to complete all course surveys in a single session. Students can log back into the system during the survey’s open period to access any surveys they have not yet completed. Personal information provided in the survey is kept confidential.
